Chances are you probably haven't given much thought to how the shop of your cabinet manufacturer is laid out, but you should.

• Does the shop have ample space to properly store materials before being made into casework?
  If not, it's possible the environment may adversely affect your finished cabinet before one piece is even cut. Our shop has dedicated shelving areas to ensure that all materials are inventoried and stored in a manner that guarantees no breakage or damage occurs.
• Does the shop have dedicated work zones to increase efficiency and minimize the risk of accidents?
  Our shop has areas designated for cutting, routing, edgebanding, and assembly. There is plenty of space between each work zone, and we have mobile carts to easily move pieces from one station to the next to minimize the risks of accidents or errors.
• Is the shop able to work on more than one job at a time?
  Thanks to our efficient shop layout and high-tech machines, in collaboration with our skilled employees, Diversified Fixture is able to handle multiple jobs within the same day. At any one time, our employees can be working on upwards of 3 or 4 different jobs which allows us to use our machine and labor time efficiently, ultimately providing our customers as quick of a turnaround time as possible.
• Is the shop able to allocate jobs to those who are most qualified to do them?
  In a garage shop, it's often one or two people doing all the work. In our shop, numerous employees know how to perform many different functions when it comes to building a cabinet; but, what sets us apart is that we have the ability to have our employees who are most competent at a particular task lead that portion of the process. This means that your cabinet will be cut and routed by the people most capable. It will be edged by the person most capable. It will be assembled and installed by those most capable. In the end, you're not receiving a cabinet built by a person who knows a little about a lot of different steps in making a cabinet. Rather, you're receiving a cabinet built by numerous people who are specialized in that particular area of building a cabinet
