The products that Diversified Fixture offers has been evolving with the latest trends. The most popular trend we've been seeing in the restaurant/retail industry is SELF-SERVICE. If you want to skip the line at your local grocery store, there's a self check out option. If you want to make your own frozen yogurt sundae, most fro-yo shops allow you to serve yourself while employees are only there to weigh your creation. Self-service is not only cost effective for a business, but it allows the customer an experience, rather than just a product.

Diversified Fixture customizes each piece it produces to be visually pleasing and also to fit the machine with which it will work in unison with. Our pre-fabricated walls at frozen yogurt shops allows the customer to easily access the yogurt handles and toppings without seeing the machinery behind it. This actually decreases the likelihood that a customer will misuse the machinery as well.

Also, our custom kiosks can be designed for any type of business or functionality. Now, more than ever, you don't see people checking in for a flight at a desk, but rather at a strategically-placed kiosk that enables customers to quickly get from point A to point B. Kiosks can also allow members to scan their ID card while entering the gym or even place your order at a restaurant without having to wait for a server.

Self-service stations are not only beneficial for the customer, but they increase traffic-flow and save on the cost of labor for a business owner. Self-service seems to be a trend that we're going to be seeing more and more in the upcoming years!

New Kiosk Design

We're proud to announce a new kiosk we have designed and built for The Workplace Group. They requested a kiosk for North Shore Long Island Jewish Health System that would serve as an information kiosk featuring an interactive touch screen that allows the user access to information related to specific medical conditions or various medical specialists linked to the NSLIJ Health System.

This particular kiosk is located at Citi Field in New York City. Now you can catch a baseball game while checking up on your health!
